Intake dates

Three doors a year. Each one closes four weeks early.

Rounds begin in January, May and September. Apply four weeks ahead, book your placement check, and start with a Cohort instead of on your own.

The calendar

January. May. September. That is the whole calendar.

Exact start dates change each round, so admissions confirms them when you apply. What never moves is the rhythm: three rounds, four weeks of applications, twelve weeks to a level.

The run-up

What happens between "I should apply" and day one.

  1. Any time before 01

    Choose

Compare programmes, levels and exam pathways on the programme table, then pick the round you want.

  2. Four weeks before 02

    Apply

Send the Student Applicant form with the KSh 2,500 application fee. It is paid once per application, never again for a later round.

  3. After the form 03

    Get placed

Admissions replies within one working day and books your 45-minute placement check, so day one starts at the right level.

  4. On your offer 04

    Confirm

Accept the place with the KSh 5,000 confirmation deposit. The full payment schedule arrives with the offer.

    What it costs
  5. Day one 05

    Start

Small cohort, Kendahouse, 4th Floor, or your online session. Your Instructor knows your name by week two.

Why four weeks

The gap is for your placement, not our paperwork.

A placement check takes 45 minutes and decides the room you sit in. Sending the form four weeks ahead gives admissions time to reply within a working day, book the check, and hold your seat in a Cohort that stays small enough for everyone to speak.

Miss the window and you are not rejected, you are simply moved to the next round. January, May, September: there is always another door, but it opens on its own schedule.

Count backwards

One level is about twelve weeks.

  • January start first level assessed around April
  • May start first level assessed around August
  • September start first level assessed around December

Work backwards from the date you want a level finished, not the date you want to start. That is the number that decides which round you apply for.

Professional programmes run on their own calendars. Ask admissions for the current one.
